Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or holidays.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping on all products. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order.
Shipping rates include packaging, handling, and carrier fees. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the most efficient delivery.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
STOW is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control once the order has been shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. STOW is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, STOW is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We are happy to assist with carrier claims when applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing components, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stowsystems.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will replace the affected item or component or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
STOW is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
