STOW Sales, Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all STOW items are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, incorrect measurements, ordering the wrong product, or installation preferences. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Damages, Defects, and Order Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing components, or if you receive the incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stowsystems.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will replace the affected item or component or otherwise correct the issue at our discretion. Refunds are not issued for damage or defect claims. Replacement is the sole remedy.
Installed or Used Items
Items that have been installed, mounted, modified, or used are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstance unless required by law.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, consumer protection laws may provide a 14 day right of withdrawal. Eligibility will be evaluated in accordance with applicable regulations and exemptions related to made to order or business use products.
